  • • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls systems

  • • Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
  • • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • • Safety-first mindset with deep understanding of OSHA and state regulations
  • • Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment, not an office role

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (or strong Maintenance Technician) to take ownership of machine and equipment maintenance at our 45,000 sq ft facility. This is a critical, non-office role focused on ensuring continuous production uptime, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial automated equipment such as robotic welders, lasers, and presses. You’ll be a direct contributor to production success, not leading a team, but being the go-to technical expert for maintenance needs.

Why Join Us?

  • • 100+ years of American-made manufacturing excellence
  • • Energetic, transparent work environment
  • • Full benefits package and 401(k) match
  • • Heavy investment in employee development and technical training
  • • Opportunity to work with modern and legacy industrial machinery

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automated equipment
  • • Execute preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • • Minimize downtime and ensure production targets are supported
  • • Plan and perform machine upgrades, repairs, and improvements
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and safety teams
  • • Maintain CMMS records for equipment history and maintenance tasks
  • • Uphold OSHA and company safety standards at all times
  • • Analyze downtime issues and recommend technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • • Experience managing maintenance budgets, parts inventory, or process improvements

Work Environment:

Hands-on work on the manufacturing floor. Exposure to changing temperatures, moving machinery, dust, fumes, chemicals, and loud noises. Must be physically able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and lift as needed. The building is leased (not owned), with full focus on equipment performance.
