Hiring a Lead CRM Functional Analyst in the Online Education space
Duration: 1 year contract
Pay: $60-65/hr W2
benefits available during contract
- Must be proficient in Zoho, Salesforce or D365 CRM
- Must have some experience with light customizations
- This role will involve attendance of multiple meetings throughout the day gathering requirements and communicating with the technical CRM team.
- Business Analysis & Process Design: Partner with departments across the organization to understand goals, challenges, and workflows. Translate these into clear business requirements and process improvements supported by CRM functionality.

Solution Delivery:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver CRM enhancements and new capabilities. Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and are user-friendly, scalable, and sustainable. -
User Engagement & Support:
Act as the go-to CRM resource for internal stakeholders. Provide training, answer questions, and promote adoption of CRM best practices. Develop user stories, documentation, and process guides to support effective use. -
Issue Management & Continuous Improvement:
Work with stakeholders to identify pain points, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that enhance system performance and user satisfaction. -
Change Management:
Lead communication efforts and manage change initiatives related to CRM updates and new features. Ensure teams are informed, trained, and equipped to adapt to new processes. -
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships across departments to understand business needs and align CRM strategies accordingly. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams. -
Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Manage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services, strong collaboration, and alignment with business needs. -

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience supporting or leading CRM initiatives in a business-focused role.

Proven ability to gather requirements, map out business processes, and deliver practical CRM solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho) and how they support business functions like sales, service, and marketing.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently while building consensus across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zoho CRM or related Zoho tools.

Exposure to integrated tools such as telephony systems, analytics platforms, or workflow applications.

Understanding of user experience principles and ability to translate technical functionality into business value.

CRM certifications and/or project management training a plus
