11+ years candidates Role: Google Cloud Conversational AI Architect

Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote -EST Timing

Must Have: Google Cloud Architect, CCAS, Conversational AI, Dialog Flow CX, Google Customer Engagement Suite, Python, Rest Api

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hand-on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights
  • Hands-on experience with Dialog flow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and webhook integration.
  • Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS) and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Big Query, and IAM.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer).
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience with conversational analytics and performance optimization.
