Healthcare DevOps Engineer (C2H)

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, enhancing monitoring systems, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable cloud environments. You will work closely with development and operations teams to drive efficiency and reliability throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD and Automation:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Implement automated testing and deployment to support rapid release cycles.
• Integrate VCS tools with development pipelines to ensure code reliability and consistency.

Monitoring & Logging:

• Configure and manage monitoring and logging tools.
• Analyze metrics and logs to identify performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, stability, and scalability.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement security best practices in source code management and infrastructure.
• Manage VCS access control and conduct security assessments and audits.
• Maintain compliance documentation and vulnerability reports.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work cross-functionally with development, operations, and security teams.
• Document systems, pipelines, and infrastructure to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience with source code management and administration.
• Strong experience with:
• GitHub, GitHub Actions, and/or Subversion (SVN)
• CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Application Development Interface (ADI)
• Proven knowledge of security best practices in source control and DevOps processes.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
