Job Details
  • Configure, maintain, and customize MES to support production needs
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Build and maintain product routing for traceability and efficiency
  • Collect, analyze, and validate manufacturing data to drive KPIs
  • Collaborate with global IT and production teams on MES-equipment integration
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and technical changes
  • Own full project cycles: scope, design, deploy, optimize

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in CS, IT, or Software Engineering
  • 10+ years of MES or factory IT systems experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in C# or similar languages, plus SQL
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, diagnostics, and machine interfaces
  • Excellent documentation and project tracking skills
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50% to other sites (mainly for training purposes)
