Key Responsibilities in a 73 Intelligence Implementation

1. Data Integration Oversight

• Coordinate the extraction and ingestion of data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data mapping, transformation, and validation processes are accurate.
• Work with data engineers and analysts to maintain data integrity.

1. Portfolio Monitoring Enablement

• Define KPIs and metrics for portfolio performance.
• Ensure dashboards and reporting tools are configured correctly.
• Align monitoring capabilities with business needs and compliance requirements.

1. Valuation Framework Implementation

• Oversee the setup of valuation models and methodologies.
• Ensure integration with financial systems and data sources.
• Validate outputs with finance and investment teams.

1. Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate with investment managers, analysts, IT, and compliance teams.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine platform capabilities.
• Communicate progress and challenges to executive sponsors.

1. Training & Change Management

• Develop training materials and onboarding plans for users.
• Manage adoption strategies and address resistance to change.
• Ensure ongoing support and documentation are in place.
