Job Description:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience with Cloud Systems: Experience with Azure.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience with SharePoint and ADO.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience with Technical Documentation.
- Ability to interpret and write business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, and technical specifications.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience with AWS or Google Cloud are acceptable if they can write technical documentation.
- Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing to different audience types, including engineers and leaders.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: Being self-motivated and driven is essential.
- Organization: Strong time management and documentation skills.
- Leadership Styles: Understanding and working with different leadership styles.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Customer Support Experience: A couple of years of CSS support at Microsoft.
- 1ge of the software development lifecycle.
- Project Management: Skills in project management are necessary.
