Job Details

Role: Mainframe Business Analyst
Location: Erie, PA (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on RS3 application reporting enhancements and new reports.

  • Work closely with the onshore Tech Lead and stakeholders for requirements gathering.

  • Document functional and technical specifications using ServiceNow and JIRA.

  • Support testing and validation of reports.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in Mainframe systems COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and ISPF.

  • Prior experience as a Mainframe Developer or hands-on technical exposure.

  • Good understanding of reporting systems and data flows.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for task management.

Nice to Have:

  • Financial or insurance domain experience.

  • Experience modernizing mainframe reports to distributed platforms.
