RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant in New York, NY.

Summary:
Join a dynamic digital marketing team at a luxury brand's Midtown Manhattan location. We're looking for a motivated individual with at least one year of experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support digital marketing activities to ensure timely, high-quality execution
* Develop a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across digital platforms
* Digital Marketing Assistant will conduct audits of websites and social media to ensure brand compliance
* Assist with content distribution and ensure timely access to digital assets
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to maintain smooth communication and project flow
* Create reports and presentations to share updates and insights
* Track and support compliance across digital touchpoints
* As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will provide technical and administrative support to retail partners
* Research digital trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance program performance

REQUIREMENTS:
* A strong interest in digital marketing, including content strategy, brand compliance, and website development
* Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and SEO best practices
* Knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
* A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow
* Experience with tools like SEMrush or RavenTools is a plus
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
