Mandatory Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience as a Tester.
- 7 years of experience in quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization.
- 7 years of experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
- More than 4 years of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests in Agile/Scrum environment.
- More than 4 years of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities.
- More than 4 years of experience with automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools.
- More than 4 years of experience using Jira, Xray Test Management, or related Jira plug-ins as the defect tracking and test management tools.
- More than 4 years of experience in java scripting or related programing languages within the context of developing automated test script solutions.
- More than 1 year of experience in quality assurance of projects related to Fair Hearings applications.
Responsibilities:
Working for the QA Lead, the QA will:
- Develop test plans, test cases, perform test execution, conduct defect reporting and tracking, and assist with and coordinate user acceptance testing, performance testing, and vulnerability testing activities.
- Adhere to the IES Program Level testing strategy, quality assurance processes, artifacts and tools.
- Assist with establishment of schedules and estimates.
- Develop automated test cases and scripts.
- Work with end users to assist with and coordinate user acceptance testing activities.
- Report project activities to management, including progress, issues, risks, mitigations, resolutions, successes, and lessons learned.
- Understand project timelines and priorities, Work with blended teams of State and vendor resources.
