Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and market needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer pain points, competitive products, and emerging trends in OEM planning, forecasting and workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on customer needs, market trends, and internal goals.
- Engage with internal commercial, forecast and management teams to gather requirements, validate concepts, and ensure product-market fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
- Develop in conjunction with our marketing team effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing sales support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and iteration on product features.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in automotive industry-related products.
- Forecasting and/or enterprise software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of OEM planning processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
