About the Role

ElevationHR is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the front-end user experience and development of an internal enterprise data marketplace for a Fortune 500 energy & utilities company based in Downtown Houston, TX.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled Angular and .NET Core developer with a UX-first mindset. The successful candidate will spearhead the development of intuitive, responsive interfaces that enable analytics consumption, backed by a solid .NET Core backend for performance and integration. The work is heavily front-end focused (~80%) and will play a critical role in shaping how the enterprise interacts with and consumes internal data assets.

You ll act as a strategic developer and UX lead, collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into streamlined, high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Front-End Development (80%)
  Architect, build, and optimize highly interactive and visually engaging user interfaces using Angular, ensuring speed, usability, and responsiveness across data products.
• Back-End Development (20%)
  Develop secure, scalable server-side components and RESTful APIs using .NET Core (C#), ensuring seamless data access and processing.
• User Experience Strategy
  Own the UX vision of the data marketplace. Gather user input, conduct feedback sessions, and drive continuous improvement of the platform s usability.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Translation
  Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical specs and practical, user-centered solutions.
• Mentorship & Code Quality
  Guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and champion best practices in full stack development, testing, and documentation.
• Performance Optimization
  Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  Partner with data scientists, analysts, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions.

What We re Looking For

• Proven success as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments
• Deep Angular expertise for front-end UI/UX development
• Strong backend experience using .NET Core (C#)
• Track record of leading UX-centric application builds
• Exceptional business communication and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in API architecture, RESTful service development
• Proficiency in SQL Server (NoSQL a plus)
• Git or similar version control systems
• Agile team environment experience

Contract Details
