They are opening a BRAND NEW office in Dallas, TX that serves as a great opportunity for greenfield development.
Required Skills & Experiences:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework for building enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience with Java RX-based frameworks for building reactive and responsive applications.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for building real-time data streaming and event-driven systems.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Start up, Crypto or fintech experience

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Utilize Java RX-based frameworks to build reactive and responsive applications.
• Architect and deploy backend services on AWS infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Integrate Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Office Location:

• Plano, TX
• 3-4 days onsite // 2 days WFH
