- Manage existing Ascension Living Data Source.
- Work closely with MatrixCare for additional data needs.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate strategic business insights and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including executives, clinicians, and data scientists-to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize large datasets from multiple sources (cloud-based platforms, SQL, etc.) to conduct in-depth analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and/or programming languages (R, Python).
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, Business).
- Experience with healthcare analytics, retirement, independent and assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, in-home, and financials.
- Familiarity with Matrixcare as well as any data coming from Matrixcare
- Ability to communicate data driven findings to executive leadership teams.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
