Job Role: Data Scientist Administrator/Data Scientist

Location: Juno Beach Florida (Onsite Work) Local Preferred

Contract C2C

The candidate should have experience in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling for enhancing customer service operations, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets from customer service interactions to identify trends and pain points.

Build machine learning models (MLM) to predict customer next best action, service outages, and high-risk accounts.

Use AI and automation to improve customer service workflows and integrate data-driven solutions.

Apply clustering techniques for customer segmentation and design targeted retention strategies.

Analyze customer feedback using NLP techniques to improve service quality and enhance chatbot capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in customer service or utilities.

Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
