  • Scheduling: Regularly check and plan the calendar for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups, ensuring a strategic approach to the upcoming day and week.
  • Documentation: Diligently document all sales activities, client communications, and lead management efforts within the company software or the operations manual to maintain a clear and accessible record of sales processes.
  • Lead Management: Review and input new leads into the system (from sources like Home Depot Pro, Homeguide, etc.), coordinating closely with the Office Administrator to ensure all client information is accurate and up to date.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively follow up with all new and existing leads, scheduling and conducting meetings to discuss client needs, present solutions, and move the sales process forward.
  • Sales Activities: Engage in sales calls and meetings with prospects, typically after 9 am, focusing on understanding client needs and presenting compelling value propositions.
  • Contract Management: Handle contracts efficiently, from emailing agreements to following up on deposits and ensuring all financial transactions are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Performance Tracking: Work in tandem with the Sales Manager to monitor and report on key sales metrics, including closing ratios, call ratios, and performance goals, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments with both new and existing prospects for detailed discussions, aiming to convert opportunities into successful sales.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and project management software to manage sales processes, client data, and scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present the company's services.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple leads and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
