Access Global Group is adding an experienced Salesforce Certified Administrator to join our Summit Salesforce Implementation Team.
- REQUIRED: Must be physically located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
- TERMS: Full-time, remote position

THE ROLE
Access Global Group is a global Technology Services and Technology Consulting company based in the US, Canada, and India. AGG offers a comprehensive array of business, technology, and cloud services, as well as staff augmentation.
Our solutions vary from client to client, and experience with integrating Salesforce is necessary to meet project objectives while supporting clients' individually unique and expanding business objectives.

A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Strengths in These Areas:
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Oversees & helps develop Salesforce-related data analysis. Including but not limited to reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including e.g. DocuSign, Conga, etc.
What you can bring to the team:
- 5+ years of successful Salesforce administration experience (B2B preferred)
- Minimum of (SCA) Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Implementation experience
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Experience in change management and governance
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Training end users and key stakeholders
- Strength in communication both written and verbal

Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
LOCATION Remote US - Physical Resident Required
