Job Description:
Pay Range: $90.20hr - $93.20hr
- The Scrum Master supports cross-functional Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, coordinating planning activities, and ensuring alignment with hybrid governance models.
- This role partners with product, technical, and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in an enterprise environment.
- Act as a servant leader for Agile teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
- Support integration between Agile delivery and traditional PMO structures.
- Align team activities with program increments and release plans.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SAP consultants to maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Facilitate story refinement and sizing sessions.
- Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across SAP streams and legacy systems.
- Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos.
- Interface with technical and solution leaders to synchronize team deliveries.
- Contribute to Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, and team health.
- Use Jira or similar tools to manage team backlogs and progress.
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical leads.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with tools such as Confluence or MS Project.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and influence without authority.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Enterprise-level Agile delivery experience.
- Background supporting large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives.
- Relevant bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
