Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-departmental initiative to unify and improve the onboarding lifecycle
- Align onboarding strategy with employee engagement and retention goals
- Evaluate current onboarding practices to identify areas for improvement
- Design scalable onboarding models to support long-term workforce success
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure strategic alignment
- Develop tools, policies, and metrics to track onboarding effectiveness
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to promote adoption of new practices
