Job Details

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, talent strategy, or organizational development
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience in building and standardizing onboarding programs across large organizations
  • Experience with workforce development initiatives in multi-location environments
  • Experience in implementing process improvement frameworks within HR or talent teams
  • Experience with HR systems integration involving performance and learning tools
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-departmental initiative to unify and improve the onboarding lifecycle
  • Align onboarding strategy with employee engagement and retention goals
  • Evaluate current onboarding practices to identify areas for improvement
  • Design scalable onboarding models to support long-term workforce success
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure strategic alignment
  • Develop tools, policies, and metrics to track onboarding effectiveness
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops to promote adoption of new practices
