Job Title: Sterling OMS Developer Client-Facing Architect (Remote)
Location: Remote
Bill Rate: $55/hr
Experience Level: Senior (8+ Years Preferred)

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Senior Sterling OMS Developer with strong architectural and client-facing experience. This is a remote contract role that demands not just deep technical expertise, but also strong leadership, requirement gathering, and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

Act as the technical architect and primary point of contact for the client.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Design and implement scalable Sterling OMS back-end solutions.
Lead, guide, and mentor offshore development teams.
Perform code reviews and ensure alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery and integration.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Sterling OMS development.
Expertise in Sterling OMS configuration, customization, and API development.
Strong understanding of order lifecycle, sourcing, fulfillment, and inventory modules.
Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and lead offshore teams.
Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of retail or e-commerce domains.
Prior work with Sterling OMS upgrades or migration projects.
