Job Details

Position:   SAP S/4HANA Analyst with BRIM
Location: Middletown, PA (Currently Remote but can change to hybrid)


Expertise in Billing and SAP BRIM with 15+ years of experience across diverse implementation projects

SAP BRIM systems expert specializing in high-volume, consumption-based billing with full end-to-end implementation experience

Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and identifying improvement areas

Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and write detailed functional specifications across SAP BRIM and FICA modules including SOM, CI, CM, CC, and FICA

Experience managing Order-to-Cash workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

Hands-on configuration experience in pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing functions within SAP BRIM CC, CM, and CI

Strong expertise in configuring SAP FICA dunning and collection strategies

Experience designing and configuring automation test processes for SAP BRIM implementations

Ability to interpret complex B2B contracts and translate them into configurable billing and financial system models

Experience working with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies

Real-world experience managing global billing operations

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
