Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will frame the analysis in terms of the decision-making process. They are looking at analyzing data specifically to how it relates to a given business decision that the stakeholder(s) are attempting to make. Data is then organized and presented in a way that is easily understood and provides on-demand value to the business.
Specifically, this role will focus on supporting the Solution Sales and Delivery organization by conducting studies, analyzing data and client behaviors, and developing self-service dashboards for our stakeholders and sales teams. Working closely with our business stakeholders, the Data Analyst will serve as a trusted partner that will provide insights that help shape the business strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other directly related industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other directly related industry.
Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must be advanced in SQL and Python for data exploration and Tableau for presenting insights. The data and insights will be presented in various ways to stakeholders. Therefore, the candidate must be advanced in storytelling with data, data visualization techniques, and report building using PowerPoint, Tableau, and Excel. The candidate must be a good speaker and able to discuss concepts with all levels of the business.

- Wrangle data from disparate data sources and systems while ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained to provide a holistic view of a business problem and the insights that the stakeholders are interested in.
- Recognize patterns and trends and organize the information into a visual presentation that stakeholders can use to make a data-driven decision.
- With a given business question in mind, extract, transform, and deliver insights to business stakeholders.
- Directly impact the performance of the company by identifying and highlights opportunities for success.
- Know the business you are supporting, and the types of insights would be meaningful in driving business decisions.
Stakeholder Communication
- Tell a story with the data and provide the insights to the business that will drive data driven decision making and increase our client's chance of success.
- Be bold and let the data speak for itself, even if that means changing our assumptions.
- Experience presenting technical approaches and findings to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create new channels for communication to put action into the fingertips of stakeholders at the right time and the right place.
Manage Portfolio of Dashboards, Reports, and Visualizations
- Maintain a set of dashboards, reports, and other visualizations in a production environment while ensuring they are available, accurate, monitored, and well-documented.
- Work with stakeholders to identify upgrades to existing dashboards, reports, and visualizations and when a new view is needed.
- Provide expert assistance to stakeholders by answering questions, hosting learning sessions, and taking feedback into account when building new versions.
- Follow, implement, and maintain access controls, governance, and privacy protections to keep sensitive data always protected.
- Drive performance of our systems and ensure load times are optimal on all client platforms.

Qualifications
