Job Details
Required Experience:
- 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional content or change management initiatives
- Strong background in content lifecycle management, content governance, or digital knowledge systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience working within IT organizations or on technology-driven change projects
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent
- Tools: SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow Knowledge, CMS platforms
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
