About the role:

My client is looking for a skilled Director of Technology who is proficient in PHP, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), AWS and MySQL technologies. Responsibilities include overseeing the technological infrastructure of the company and leading a team of devs.

-10+ years of Technical Leadership/management

-Project Management experience: oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

-Technology Stack Managment: maintain and enhance the company's technological infrastructure, including PHP-based applications, LAMP stack environments, AWS cloud services, and MySQL databases.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience with PHP, LAMP stack environments, AWS cloud services, and MySQL databases.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MySQL Certified Developer) are a plus!
