Position: Intern, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Location: Los Angeles, California, 90020
Job Description:
- Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and strategies for product launches and key cultural moments, ensuring alignment across marketing touchpoints.
- Manage scheduling, tagging, and publishing across platforms
- Create and adapt content for Stories, Reels, and posts, including writing captions that reflect brand voice
- Monitor daily engagement, respond to community interactions, and flag trending topics and/or conversations
- Stay current on social and beauty/skincare trends and share insights with the team to inform content
- Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content using in-app tools
- Comfortable speaking on camera when needed.
Influencer Responsibilities
- Support organic influencer gifting across client brands by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments
- Help grow and maintain a pool of influencers, tracking key moments and maintaining relationships
- Aid in execution of internal influencer giftings and manage in-office gifting inventory
- Track and audit the internal influencer network regularly to ensure accuracy
- Assist with the organization and upkeep of influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited college
- 0-2 years of experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
- Experience with image/video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight
- Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation.
- Active social media presence
- Experience in or highly interested in beauty.
