Job ID: IM#1675 - PMO Program Manager
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4-6 month contract to Hire and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.
****Need a retail, QSR, E-Commerce, Hospitality, etc. background.
Blend of PMO manager and program manager. Drive PMO standards, best processes, process improvement. Working in silos so everyone has all of their own projects they re working on but need someone to wrap all the projects and processes together.
Define procedures, and best practices for the PMO. Selecting tools to go along with processes.
Start-up environment, want to build out internal IT
People leadership experience
Finance project financials are pretty elementary, how do we get them more robust? Resource planning or capacity planning and time tracking.
- Provide strategic program leadership and oversight for a portfolio of complex initiatives, utilizing Hybrid and Agile PMO leadership skills, principles, theories, and concepts.
- Develop plans in collaboration with leaders on goals, budgets, schedules, and methods for measuring results.
- Align with leaders to set, track, and record metrics, managing programs to adhere to milestones.
- Establish communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Drive budget process standards in collaboration with Finance and ITLT to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive best practices, templates, tools, and partnerships to expand and grow the organization.
