- Deliver successful projects with substantial scope and autonomy.
- Make informed decisions about engineering design and implementation.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Ensure high-quality, well-tested code.
- Mentor colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
- Build knowledge of our technology platform and business domain.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of computers, databases, distributed systems, and web applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus points for expertise in Go, TypeScript, or Angular, understanding of financial markets and trading applications, and user experience design sensibility.
