As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing Tier 1/2 technical support across the organization. This position handles escalated incidents from Tier 1, performing advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complex tech issues-whether it's hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, or peripheral devices (printers, scanners). If needed, escalate issues to Tier 3 or relevant engineering teams.
- Monitor systems and ticket queues. Participate in post-incident reviews and implement findings to minimize recurrence of issues.
- Manage hardware and software inventory through asset management tools, assisting with tracking, imaging, configuration, and deployment. Ensure systems are compliant with organizational standards and security guidelines.
- Provide rotational coverage of the support phone queue, assisting Tier 1 by handling overflow and high-priority incoming calls when necessary, and ensuring timely escalation or resolution of complex incidents.
- Help out on the support phone line when needed-especially for overflow or urgent calls-and make sure issues get resolved or escalated quickly.
- Make sure all fixes and setups follow IT policies and security best practices. Help with software updates, patching, and infrastructure changes.
Skills You'll Use:
- Windows OS, Office 365, Intune, Azure, Mac support
- Troubleshooting and imaging systems
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Solid understanding of networking and telecom basics
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and travel if needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience solving issues with PCs, printers, phones, and infrastructure in a corporate role
- Experience supporting/using tools such as Windows 10/11, Office 365, and InTune
