Job Details

Title: SAP GTS Team Member (O2C)
Location: Remote (Tax Location: Windsor Mill, MD)
Contract Length: ~6 months


Top 3 Required Skills

  1. SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) 5+ years; hands-on configuration experience required

  2. SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) 5+ years; strong knowledge of GTS-SD integration

  3. SAP S/4HANA 5+ years; experience in S/4 transformation projects


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Expert-level knowledge in SAP GTS, especially in configuring global trade and compliance functionalities.

  • Proven track record in functional specification writing (FSDs) and conducting business walkthroughs.

  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams.

  • Experience deploying GTS at scale across multiple U.S. manufacturing/distribution sites.

  • Exposure to the consumer goods industry is a plus.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of GTS integration with SD and trade compliance workflows.

  • Experience in global SAP rollouts or multi-site deployments.

  • Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.


Team Information

  • Project is part of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation.

  • Candidate will work on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) track, focusing on global trade enablement.

  • Collaboration with both U.S. and offshore teams expected.


Disqualifiers

  • No hands-on SAP GTS configuration experience.

  • Limited experience with FSDs or stakeholder walkthroughs.

  • Inability to work full-time remotely or align with EST business hours.


Performance Indicators

  • Accurate and timely completion of configuration and documentation deliverables.

  • Clear and proactive communication with business and technical teams.

  • Successful execution of UAT support, testing, and issue resolution.
