We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday HCM Consultant to support our HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), with hands-on experience in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday HCM modules. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of Workday solutions that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.
Configure Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management.
Assist with data conversion, testing, and validation during implementations or updates.
Design and develop custom Workday reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Monitor Workday updates and releases, and ensure continued system optimization.
Train end-users and prepare detailed documentation for configurations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
Experience in Workday report writing and business process configuration.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday HCM Certification
Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and Core Connectors
Prior experience with Workday implementations or upgrades
Consulting background or experience supporting large enterprise clients
