Location: Hybrid onsite, 2-3 days in Jersey City, NJ; no relocation


Start: ASAP

Interviews: 2 rounds, one could be onsite

Looking for:
-2+ years of Oracle 19 Database Administration experience
-2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration experience
-Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems and PL/SQL
-Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools

Database security role offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid environment of applying Access Control and Database knowledge. All Production database systems security is managed by a dedicated team and resources working on this team are focused on the tasks such as:

Job Responsibilities

Implementing Security Standards on New and Existing Database Related Infrastructures

Providing Governance and Security best practices guidance to various systems teams

Reviewing upcoming Implementations in Development and Production environments to ensure adherence to Database Security guidelines

Remediate privileged access as identified by the Privileged Access Working Group and Audit

Assist team members in Information Security Risk Management group by creating scripts for database provisioning, password resets, disabling user access and various administrative tasks
