Job Details
Technical Writer Scope of Services:
- Create and maintain comprehensiveAPI documentation
- Create technical specificationsfor file transmission formations (NACHA, SWIFT MT messages, etc)
- Work closely with product managersto understand technical requirements
- Contribute to BusinessImplementation managers' readiness and execution to deliver client-facingdocumentation
Delivery Expectations:
- Clear documentation for API and Directtransmission based on project needs for client and internal associates
- Working with BIM and Product Managers tounderstand change and create documents to support change
Performance metrics:
- Evaluateperformance based on feedback from client facing team
