Everest is hiring a senior leader to oversee the development and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter. You'll manage a team of developers, guide technical strategy, and ensure smooth delivery of new insurance products. This role is based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid work schedule.

Role & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Lead the design and rollout of new policy products in Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • Manage and mentor a development team, ensuring quality and best practices
  • Break down complex tasks and track team progress
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Guidewire framework
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing and smooth releases
  • Maintain strong architecture standards and leverage accelerators to speed up delivery

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8-12 years in IT, with 6+ years working with Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • Proven leadership in delivering Guidewire solutions
  • Strong skills in unit testing, configuration, and integration
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud is a plus
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making abilities

For CA, NY, NJ or IL: The base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $200,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
