Financial Analyst

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Financial Analyst Position type: Fulltime/Contract Duration: 04 Months Location: Plainfield, IL Hybrid Role (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote) As a Financial Analyst, you will: Partner with the Plainfield site to drive finance and business performance management, while also supporting FP&A activities across all client manufacturing sites in North America. This role is a blend of operational finance (60%) and FP&A (40%), requiring strong collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional finance teams. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs for the Plainfield site
• Partner with site manufacturing teams to achieve productivity targets
• Lead month-end close reviews and reporting across all manufacturing sites
• Support annual budget development and monthly forecasting
• Consolidate and submit reports related to manufacturing operations
• Leverage digital tools to simplify reporting and decision-making
• Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting and analysis
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Plainfield site leadership on daily operations
• Coordinate with Business Shared Services for accurate and timely book closures
• Collaborate with Finance Managers across North America
• Act as a liaison between site operations and the broader Supply Finance team

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (required)
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG environment
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with a strong stewardship mindset
• Ability to manage complex data and support decision-making
