Job Details
Responsibilities
- Create training content (online and live classroom training) to support organizational initiatives and business units.
- Strong content development and writing skills are needed. Ability to draft articles to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as job aids.
- Good research, Instructional design, and technical knowledge are needed.
- Experience with the following tools: Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Canva, Camtasia, and MS Teams.
- Experience developing HR curriculums or training in partnership with subject matter experts is preferred.
- This position works with an associate Director of Organizational Development, a Training and Support Specialist, a Learning and Development Consultant, an Organizational Development Consultant, and an Administrative Support Specialist.
