Job Details

What You ll Be Doing
  • Design, implement, and support ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, TI, CC).
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party security tools (Tenable, Qualys, Splunk, CrowdStrike).
  • Automate risk and vulnerability management processes including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and risk register updates.
  • Design and implement scripting/automation with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Deliver business insights through Performance Analytics, KPIs/KRIs, risk heat maps, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build custom playbooks and automated response actions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Implement Security Case Management, IOC correlation, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
  • Correlate CVEs to affected CIs and maintain accurate data mapping.
  • Manage ServiceNow administration, including upgrades, patches, and maintenance of GRC modules.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new ServiceNow releases and applying best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, platform engineers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver features iteratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, internal audit, legal, and compliance teams to align platform features with regulatory and security frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (design specs, user guides, process docs, configuration details).
Requirements
  • Bachelor s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow GRC/SecOps developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management modules.
  • Proven experience configuring GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management).
  • Experience working with ServiceNow GRC support to address platform-level defects.
  • Expertise in developing and managing metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience with system integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms (REST/SOAP, APIs, etc.).
