RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst that has experience working with SQL and extracting data. This person will be responsible for gathering requirements, sharing user stories, and sharing patterns/trends on what the team is seeing within the data.
Key Tasks:
* Senior Business Data Analyst will gather, interpret, and analyze business data from multiple sources
* Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
* Design, create, and maintain comprehensive reports and visualizations
* Provide actionable insights
* As a Senior Business Data Analyst, you will translate business needs to the team
* Identify trends and patterns to recommend process improvements
* Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
* Versed in SQL-pulling data in snowflake using Alteryx or Snowsight
* Creating reports-looking for a true senior analyst-coming up with questions that understands the business between consumer and experience
* Really metric driven position and someone who is metric driven themselves
* Initial provisioning and exploration of the data
* Press Gainey-Qualtrix or Medallia
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Senior level experience, 5-7 years of experience
* SQL
* Snowflake
* Customer experience background/consumer experience background they'd like to see
* Either healthcare experience and/or analytical mindset
* Providing recommendations in little or moderate direction on how to pull the data and come up with an analysis
* Able to make recommendations example
* Any BI tool is a plus (preferably Microsoft Fabric or Power BI)
* Experience with Consumer tools (Press-Gainey, Medallia, Qualtrics) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
