Senior Systems Analyst

Role: Senior Systems Analyst

Role Description: As a Senior Systems Analyst, you must have at least 10+ years of experience. The Senior Analyst ? Systems Analysis position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating business requirements for a set of systems that provide customer service to millions of health insurance recipients.

In this role, you will collaborate with personnel from various departments and identify areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Works independently with limited supervision and may coach or mentor others when designing mission-critical systems.

- Must exhibit effective communication and technical skills to support stakeholders and project clients.

- Excellent opportunity to work with large-scale enterprise systems that demand an elevated level of performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

- Proficient knowledge and practical use of relational databases, data modelling concepts and SQL.

- Proficient skill in defining software specifications and detailing acceptance criteria in user stories.

- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

- Experience with process modeling tools such as Lucid Charts and Visio.

- Experience with integration analysis tools such as Postman or Postman equivalents.

- Working knowledge of managed file transfer tools such as MoveIT and Axway.

- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery

- Working experience with Jira, Service Now and SharePoint.

Education: Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree program.
