Job Title - Process Improvement Manager 3
Work Mode- Hybrid(Austin,TX)
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Results-driven Process Improvement Manager with expertise in ITSM Operations, specializing in evaluating current state processes and optimizing workflows for efficiency and compliance. Skilled in specifying software system requirements to design and implement improved, technology-driven solutions. Proven ability to enhance IT service delivery in public sector environments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):
- Evaluate and Optimize Current State Processes:Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing ITSM processes and workflows across the organization, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for enhancement to ensure alignment with industry best practices and service excellence.
- Design and Implement Process Improvements:Lead initiatives to redesign and implement streamlined, scalable, and compliant ITSM processes that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and alignment with the Texas DPS's strategic goals.
- Specify Software System Requirements:Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable software/system requirements that guide development and implementation of ITSM tools and automation solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:Define performance metrics and KPIs, monitor post-implementation outcomes, and refine ITSM processes through continuous feedback and data analysis to ensure sustained value delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management:Engage cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and business units to ensure process changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and managed across the department.
Required Experience :
- 5 Years of experience required in evaluating current State processes and optimizing processes
- 1 year of experience preferred in specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
