Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Banking Digital Platform by optimizing application capabilities and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the scope of work for new features and enhancements.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and provide thought leadership to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical requirements.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality application releases.
- Understand and escalate security and risk management issues as needed.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong experience in eliciting and testing requirements for complex systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience with vendor system integration and data conversion.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.
