Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Location: DownTown Dallas, TX onsite

Job Tenure: Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties:

Core Infrastructure (Cloud and Physical):

  • Lead the planning, deployment, optimization, and management of Azure cloud services to ensure high availability, performance, resilience, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on infrastructure-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to core infrastructure operations.

Network Operations:

  • Manage and enhance the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, ensuring appropriate configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.

Employee Experience:

  • Lead efforts to enhance the overall employee experience through dedicated support teams, relevant technology solutions, policies, procedures, runbooks, and operational metrics.
  • Implement and manage technologies that improve remote work capabilities and flexibility.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management to understand and address specific technology needs, ensuring the availability and functionality of technology resources.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Provide governance through appropriate metrics and KPIs to measure infrastructure performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, promoting continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years managing people in an infrastructure environment, with a focus on Microsoft Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and Mac OS environments, enterprise networks, information security, and SQL Server.
  • Strong technical expertise in networking, cloud computing, and helpdesk support.
  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus.
  • Experience in regulated environments, knowledge of risk management concepts, HIPAA regulations, SOC II standards a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Experience implementing and operating ITIL and IT governance processes.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset and skill set.
