Job Details
Even better if you have:
- A Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience leading technical teams either directly as a supervisor/manager or indirectly through projects and other activities.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with peers and executive management.
- 3GPP/ LTE/ 5G standards-based network elements (Core/ RAN), OSS/BSS, Cloud, Dashboard portal
- Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, QoS, Multicast, MPLS, IP Routing Protocols like ISIS, OSPF, BGP, L3VPN, L2VPN, and Traffic Engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of modern router architecture including interworking of control plane and forwarding plane, switch fabric, and egress queuing.
- Knowledge of Network Configuration Models (Openconfig Yang Models, IETF Yang Models)
- Experience with multiple Software Defined Networking (SDN) controller architectures (OpenDaylight, Open Contrail, Northstar).
- Experience with Automation using configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible or Salt.
- Experience with Splunk for Proactive monitoring and Analysis using Next Generation telemetry, logging, reporting, dashboard development, and continuous delivery technologies.
