Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across various roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and extending offers.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of technical roles such as software developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to talent sourcing.
Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
