Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and maintain application packages for deployment.
- Ensure compatibility, performance, and security of application packages according to best practices.
- Collaborate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve packaging issues and improve distribution processes.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for deploying, maintaining, and upgrading applications, configurations, and policies.
- Manage Intune profiles, compliance rules, and security settings for end-user devices.
- Stay current with Intune updates and implement new features to enhance device management.
- Provide advanced technical support for end-user issues including hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical support teams and resolve incidents within SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience and streamline processes.
- Share expertise and train team members on packaging techniques, Intune, and SCCM administration.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in IT end-user computing or endpoint management in enterprise environments.

3+ years of hands-on experience with:
Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). - Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
- Application packaging (MSI, App-V, MSIX, scripting for deployment).
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 environments and device compliance/security settings.
- Advanced technical support and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Relevant certifications preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. - Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator.
- Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (a plus).
