Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Titan Operations Assistant to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. In this contract role, you will play a key part in managing Service Titan configurations, providing IT support, and maintaining accurate data records. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within the utilities/infrastructure industry, collaborating with various departments and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Service Titan, including user accounts, system settings, and integrations.
Prepare, review, and distribute service contracts and associated documents.
Ensure data accuracy through meticulous entry and regular updates.
Triage and resolve IT support tickets, assisting users with hardware, software, and access issues.
Support DevOps activities by deploying builds, conducting feature tests, and documenting results.
Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to address technical challenges.
Update and maintain customer profiles, performing merges and corrections as needed.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and other process documentation.
Assist with inventory management and purchase order updates when required.
Handle additional administrative and technical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Service Titan administration is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
A proactive mindset, strong integrity, and collaborative approach to work.
