Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of scalable compliance programs, reporting outcomes to leadership.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring initiatives stay on track.
  • Analyze opportunities for risk reduction and collaborate with various teams for successful execution.
  • Oversee product assurance with a global perspective.
  • Drive strategic projects to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required:

  • 8+ years in operations, management consulting, or project management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in navigating matrixed organizations and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong operations and program execution expertise able to build, launch, and run regulatory workflows in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration acts as the connective tissue between Product/Engineering, Legal/Policy, and Business teams.
  • Solid regulatory operations mindset understands compliance processes, manages escalations, and supports evolving, API-driven regulatory products.
