Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of scalable compliance programs, reporting outcomes to leadership.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring initiatives stay on track.
- Analyze opportunities for risk reduction and collaborate with various teams for successful execution.
- Oversee product assurance with a global perspective.
- Drive strategic projects to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- 8+ years in operations, management consulting, or project management.
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in dynamic environments.
- Experience in navigating matrixed organizations and building cross-functional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong operations and program execution expertise able to build, launch, and run regulatory workflows in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration acts as the connective tissue between Product/Engineering, Legal/Policy, and Business teams.
- Solid regulatory operations mindset understands compliance processes, manages escalations, and supports evolving, API-driven regulatory products.
