Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation or upgrade of Oracle Applications, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Report on project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Functional Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), Supply Chain Management, HCM, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure Oracle Applications to meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions or workarounds.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical developers, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Support change management efforts, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
