Job Title: Level 2 Service Desk / Junior Systems Administrator
Location: Muncie, Indiana (Onsite – 5 days a week)
Duration: 6-month contract
Overview:
We’re looking for a Level 2 Service Desk to support our IT team in a hands-on, onsite role. You'll work closely with the full-time Sys Admin to help manage day-to-day operations and provide technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 technical support to end users
Assist with administration and troubleshooting of Office 365
Support backup systems
Work with security tools including Cisco and CrowdStrike
Support VMware environment and virtual infrastructure
Participate in MDM (Microsoft Intune) and mobile device management
General system maintenance and incident response
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
Working knowledge of Office 365
Familiarity with Rubrik, VMware, and enterprise security tools (Cisco, CrowdStrike)
Exposure to Microsoft Intune / MDM is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must be able to work onsite in Muncie, Indiana, Monday–Friday
