ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, deployment, and management of ServiceNow applications and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow development, automation, cloud infrastructure, and IT service management.

What you'll do:

• Deploy engineering code across multiple environments, including Development, Staging, and Production.
• Monitor virtual environments, including desktops, web, mobile, and telephony platforms
• Implement and monitor remote access solutions (Terminal Services, licensing services) and communicate system updates .
• Deploy and manage business-critical applications in cloud environments like AWS.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and training.
• Create system monitoring and automation solutions to improve system scalability.
• Develop policies and scripts to support company-owned devices.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate IT policies.
• Assist in evaluating and managing vendor relationships and outsourcing agreements.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of development experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, Jelly, Bootstrap, Angular, PowerShell, JSON/XML, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
• Experience in project delivery and working with stakeholders, management, business customers, vendors, and IT teams.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure services, including cloud environments, vendor integrations, networking, and security systems.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL best practices and frameworks)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
