CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician / Hardware Support! In this role, you will support a multilocation organization with day to day technology needs and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
- Technical Issues
- Inventory Management
- Set-Up and Configuration
- Documentation and Repairing
- and Customer Service
Required expertise includes:
- years of experience Desktop / Hardware computing experience
- on troubleshooting and configuration of PCs (desktops, laptops) and peripheral devices
- to communicate effectively and professionally
